“Farm Camp is about awakening curiosity and connecting with the world around us...It’s about building confidence in children as they learn new skills. It’s exciting to hear a shy child say, ‘Wow! I can make my own yogurt!’ and then ask how to make cheese and be the first in line to bottle-feed the calf.” -- Lisa Packard, new Morris Farm Educator
