Registration covers lunch and snacks for the day Topics: This year's theme--Food is Medicine: Food Security and Health--will focus on the connections between nutrition and well-being and initiatives like prescriptions for local produce that link the healthcare community with food security efforts. Sessions will also include senior and childhood hunger, nutrition education, food security in local schools, gleaning, how to utilize social media, and more. | **Registration for the forum is now closed.
