Fiddle Day at the Farm

Looking for some toe-tapping, knee-slapping fun?  Come on down for Fiddle Day at the Farm, Sunday July 11th, from 12-5pm.  The Morris Farm is pleased to present Maine’s finest fiddlers for a second year in a row.  Fiddle Day is an afternoon long expo of great music in the Morris Farm’s natural amphitheatre-like setting, looking out over a scene of unbeatable pastoral beauty.  Featured performers include the renowned fiddling talent Frank Ferrel, the internationally acclaimed Old Grey Goose, Maine’s favorite Newell Family Band and 12 year old sensation Milo Stanley, who recently performed with Doug Protsik of Old Grey Goose on A Prairie Home Companion.  All proceeds will benefit the Morris Farm Trust in its mission to promote sustainable agriculture and stewardship of the earth.  The show starts at 12pm and tickets are available at the door only..
