Wreath Making-SECOND CLASS ADDED!
WE HAD SO MUCH FUN IN THE FIRST CLASS, WE'VE ADDED ANOTHER! Time to start a family tradition! There's no need to spend bucks on a skimpy round of wilted branches. Not when it is so easy to make your own holiday wreaths at home with the kids, neighbors and friends. We'll show you how!

About the Event
When I was a kid, the entire neighborhood and extended family members would gather together the first weekend of December. Half of us would go out and collect greens and the other half would spend an afternoon (and evening...) making holiday wreaths by hand for everyone we knew. Those "wreath making parties" were some of the best memories of my neighbors and childhood. A couple years ago, when they were 7, 8 & 9, I taught my own grandkids to make their own wreaths. Its a fun way to spend time with the family while generating that holiday spirit.
At our First Mondays Class Series for December, we'll show you a quick and simple technique to make wreaths that hold up in the weather and look good all season! Everyone who attends the class will go home with a wreath of their own creation. We'll even let you skip the part where you have to go gather the greens and get right to the winding! We will provide all the supplies needed- but you'll be amazed to find that you probably already have them in your home. Time permitting, we can even get creative with adding those little touches that make it personal.
There is no cost to register for the class. We ask for a donation of $5 to cover the materials, but it isn't required. Please encourage others to attend with you. We especially LOVE to hear, "I've never been here before, this is great!", while making new friends. Please RSVP to this event, so we may prepare the supplies needed.
